Why teachers apply

More steps won't fix it.

  • You learned exercises from videos. You copied them.
  • You give a correction. It doesn't make sense to the dancer, so nothing changes.
  • Courses give you more steps. Nobody watches you teach and tells you what to change.

So this is an apprenticeship. You teach. Mr. Du corrects you. You go again.

    Weekly RDBC class

    Take it live or watch the recording when your week allows.

  2. Homework

    Training Manual homework

    Short written work that makes you explain why an exercise is built the way it is.

  3. Feedback

    Teaching videos, reviewed

    You film yourself teaching. An assistant coach reviews it and writes back.

  4. Every 2 weeks

    Live pod session every two weeks

    Your pod of 10 meets Mr. Du. He corrects your teaching in real time.

The first step is free.

    A short form, plus a link to about 3 minutes of you teaching.

  2. We review it

    We review every application and video. We may set up a short call.

  3. Accepted, then pay

    Your payment link comes by email. Nothing is due before that.

  4. Start

    February 2027. Join your pod. Teach, get corrected, go again.

Does applying cost anything?

No. You pay $2,997 only if you are accepted.

What should my teaching video show?

About 3 minutes of you teaching a class or a combination. It doesn't need to be polished. We want to see how you teach today.

What if I can't make the weekly class live?

You don't have to. The weekly RDBC class is there live or as a recording.

How does the video review work?

You film yourself teaching. An assistant coach reviews it and writes back.

When are the live pod sessions?

Every two weeks. We confirm the times and where they happen before the program starts.

Is AOBI Skool included?

Yes. It is included in the tuition.

Do I need the December intensive first?

No. The apprenticeship is its own program. The 2-day intensive is separate.
